All of my beddings is washed in scent and chemical free detergents. I do not use scented or heavy chemical products in my clinic space.

Having grown up with family members and close friends with environmental allergies I understand the sensitivity to these needs.

I personally make all of my herbal infused oils. Please inform me if you have any oil or plant sensitivities prior to our session so I can best accommodate you.

I started my massage career as a licensed massage therapist out of Washington state in 2003. There I was trained in Injury treatment, CranioSacral and Reiki. After graduation I worked primarily with injury clients from auto accidents, work, and labor related claims. Over the years I started questioning the textured layers of healing beyond anatomy and physiology regarding emotional holding patterns in body tissues. I have worked in a wide spectrum of body healing realms to develop my deeper understanding of the body mind connection for holistic healing. Over two decades of hands on practice continues to inform how we work together in these realms of remembering and healing. I am deeply humbled and grateful for the continued exploration. I truly believe that that every body should have access to this form of healthcare.

We all have an energetic body that needs to be maintained and cared for much like our physical bodies. Just like we need to make sure we move our bodies daily, feed it nourishing foods and stretch, the energetic body requires the same attention and care for more balanced emotional states. For example, when we get a massage we can address many systems like moving the circulatory system for nourishment transport, lymph drain for reducing edema and eliminating toxins, nervous system relaxation for optimum connected neural firing and brain body connection as well as structural alignment for overall anatomical flow. The same is true with the energetic body. In an energy work session with Heather energetic “knots” are worked out, the energetic field is replenished and recharged leaving the recipient feeling at peace and leaving more vital than when they arrived. Emotional patterns can be present in the energetic body just as they are in the cellular structures of our being. This work can lead to the feelings of expansion and optimism as well as a deeper love for ourselves and others.
