Meditation, Yoga philosophy, Theta Healing, Reiki, Clinical Herbalism and Clinical Nutrition Consultations
can be made in person, via phone, or on Zoom.
Nutrition/Herbal Consultations note: Please come prepared with completed paperwork that I will email you prior to our session. You can also email these back to me prior to our session for optimum efficiency of time together. This is highly recommended, otherwise the time it takes you to fill out paper work and for me to review is added into our consultation time.
Pricing
Clinical Herbalism and Clinical Nutrition Consultations
Initial consultation $160
Follow up $80/hr
Plus the cost of herbal formulation(s) and/or suggested supplements
Research time is not an additional fee. Please not that I spend at least 6 hours on formulating and researching your case post initial intake.

Body Work
$80 per hour for all modalities $100 per hour for CBD massage
*up to 2.5hr massages available*
Sliding scale available, please inquire via email or phone for these rates. I believe everyone deserves access to body work and holistic practices. Trades may be considered.
Theta Healing
Theta: $80 – $130/hr
Sliding Scale available upon request
- Weekly meditation class via zoom (community donation classes). Open to all, no one will be turned away. Request to be added to email list.
- Yoga Philosophy and/or meditation courses are to be assessed on a case by case basis. Contact me directly
